lock Is it safe to give Site Care admin access?

Yes. Site Care uses its own account and connection keys, with only the permissions needed for maintenance. You never have to share your main password. Your website, source code and domain always remain yours. Everything we do is listed in the weekly report. When the service ends, access is revoked immediately.

The system checks your website every 5 minutes. When something goes wrong, you get an email straight away with the cause: hosting, domain, SSL certificate or a website error. On the Business plan, a Site Care engineer handles it, with a response within 12 hours.
logout What if I want to stop the service?

Plans run for 6 months or 1 year. If you do not renew at the end of the term, the service simply stops, with no further commitment. When you stop, Site Care hands over the latest backup and revokes its access. You can still keep a Free account to have your website monitored at no cost.
cloud_upload My hosting already has backups. Why do I need more?

Hosting backups usually last only a few days and are stored in the same place as the website. If a hack is discovered late, those copies are already infected. Site Care keeps extra long-term copies outside your hosting and checks that they can actually be restored.
security I already have a security plugin. Do I still need this?

A plugin only warns you; it does not fix anything. With Site Care, a person reads the alerts, updates, patches vulnerabilities and steps in when something goes wrong.
